Ordering Your Garden Tour Tickets

You may buy a ticket for $40 here to the Bar Harbor Garden Club’s 2023 Tour “Gardens by the Sea.” Tickets will be on sale online from the beginning of June until Friday, July 14 at 10 pm.

When you buy a ticket online, within one hour you will receive an email with your eTicket, directions to the gardens, and confirmation that your payment was approved.

All garden tour tickets are good for a $5 discount on the price of admission to the Bar Harbor Historical Society for the 2023 season.

If you’ve purchased a ticket and the garden tour is cancelled, you will receive a refund.

Tickets are not required for children under the age of 12, but a child must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets by Mail

You may also order a ticket for $40 by mail and pay with a check. If you mail a ticket request, you will receive via email your eTickets and directions to the gardens. To order by mail and pay by check, click here .  Ticket orders sent by USPS mail must be received before July 12, 2023.

Tickets on the Day of the Tour

Tickets may also be purchased for $45 on the day of the tour at any of the six gardens. Please plan to pay by cash or check.

Pay online instructions

To pay for a ticket online, you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal cards that have a registered billing address.

When you’re prompted to login to a PayPal account but YOU DON’T WANT TO USE PayPal to pay:

  1. Just click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card“.
  2. Enter an Email address, preferably one that is not associated with a PayPal account. This is a required field.  Then, click  “Continue to Payment“.

Otherwise, you’ll see the message, “It looks like you already have a PayPal account.”,  just click “Continue as a guest”. PayPal may insist that you use your PayPal account. You may buy tickets on the day of the tour at our tour headquarters located at La Rochelle -- the home of the Bar Harbor Historical Society -- 127 West St, Bar Harbor.
