Fifteen Birch Bay Retirement Village residents are enjoying a Container Gardening Project organized by Phyllis Mobraaten, an avid gardener and new resident at Birch Bay.
Among the residents participating in this “green thumb” activity are five members of the Bar Harbor Garden Club. Phyllis shares that “the project has
been great fun and enjoyed by residents and visitors who stroll the pathway that circles the Inn.”
Next time you are at Birch Bay, walk along the path and enjoy the colorful plant creations by the residents!
