Pay online instructions

To pay online, you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal cards that have a registered billing address.

When you’re prompted to login to a PayPal account but YOU DON’T WANT TO USE PayPal to pay:

Just click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card“.
Enter an Email address, preferably one that is not associated with a PayPal account. This is a required field. Then, click “Continue to Payment“.

Otherwise, you’ll see the message, “It looks like you already have a PayPal account.”, just click “Continue as a guest”. PayPal may insist that you use your PayPal account.
