Our February monthly meeting is devoted to creating special Valentines for the residents of Birch Bay Retirement Village who graciously share their main dining room for our garden club meetings. Linda Uberseder, a dedicated garden club member and craft person extraordinaire, will again lead the annual project. Linda’s project this year will be to decorate mini-mailboxes with an enclosed Valentine for each resident.
Linda requests members to bring scissors and craft glue for the project. She will supply the rest of the materials to decorate the mailboxes. Members are welcome to participate in this community project and spread some love! Light refreshments and lots of fun are included.
